Dear partsmanager99:

Greetings. What happened with the 50B action? What was the outcome? What do you mean by 50C order?

Your recourse now is a custody action. You need to speak with an attorney and have them help you file for a child custody action. Thank you.

The 50 c is a no contact order, it also gave her custody of minor child, until I can file a chapter50 in court… can I appeal this or not.

Dear partsmanager99:

Greetings. I think that you mean a 50B no contact order for domestic violence.

Yes, you are able to appeal this, but why would you when you can deal with the custody action through the civil domestic courts. Good luck whatever you decide.

My wife of 11 years had an affair, I caught up with it and she got scared I was gonna leave with kids, so she filed a GS 50B, went to court and now have a 50C no contact order, she got temp custody of child, what can I do, The GS 50B was a bogus claim, it was for harrassment which was not true except for I did ask her daily what, when & where only because she admitted to the affair. Do I have any recourse on this & if so what? Also can and how do I file for custody of child who is 10
