In our Order it states two items regarding dating relationships.

  1. That neither party to not introduce the children or have the children around a dating partner until that party has been dating that individual for a period of six consecutive months.

  2. That no person of the opposite sex of the party with the children shall be in the home of the party with the children between the hours of 10:00 p.m and 8:00 a.m.

My wife and I followed this order to the minute until we were married.

Normally this would not be an issue except my ex has had my children around multiple dating partners, had them spend the night continuously, entered into being engaged, not engaged, re-engaged in a matter of a few months. This is really confusion my pre-teen daughter. I have talked to her and she refuses to keep her love life separate until she can get her head on straight.

What claim of relief can and should I ask for in my motion and affidavit for contempt?
