The Judge in our case ruled on PSS and now my stbx’s attorney has totally re-writtent he order. Seems as though he wants to re litigate the case. Can he do this?
No, if you have objections to the Order you need to submit them to the judge and to the opposing attorney.
Can you tell me exactly what the Orders Due Hearing is? What happens at this hearing?
It is a hearing in which the formal written order is entered by the court.
