If are #15 on the list what time should we get there, as it doesn’t say on the schedule?
In my opinion…you should get to court when it starts in the morning. You never know how short (or long) each item will take. Bring a book. OR you can get a real eye-opener by listening to others’ cases/issues. I found it very enlightening and educational.
you or your attorney would need to be there when court starts - in my county it is 9:30am…You need to be there and in the court room by 9:30 ready to go…they do a roll call of all the cases that will be done on that day and you would need to state that you are there.
You should arrive at the time set for court to begin, unless your attorney will answer the calendar and have you on telephone standby.
