My year of sepreation was complete on Oct. 1. My soon to be ex wife and I have hashed out everything with the exception of our home and a vehicle that was purchased during the marriage. At the time of sepration I signed a quit claim on both, giving her all rights to same, yet she has failed to have them refinanced into her name only. What and how do I go about forcing either her to refinance the home and truck or selling them so I will no longer be financally responsible and can move on with my life?

You may file for Equitable Distribution and seek a court order requiring her to refinance.
