Yes. Plus we are trying to get more money through that means 1st so we can avoid an alienation of affections/criminal conversation that will happen if he doesn’t pay up now.

What happens after my stbx files divorce papers and I answer with a Answer and Counterclaim about our original ED that he has not been abiding by. Does he now have to answer me back within a certain amount of time. My attorney says he can go ahead and get the divorce. I am not concerned about that. I just need to know what happens to my Answer and Counterclaim.
