I am a male in the military that has recently returned from a deployment. My wife as admitted to an affair and I have her cell phone with text messages in it stating this love affair. I have web history of the hotels she stayed at and the phone records to put her in these areas. I have two boys that she would leave with many different friends to meet with this individual in North Carolina and other states. Do I have a case when it comes to child custody? I know that fathers usually do not get custody. She can have everything, I just wan’t my boys. Any advice or guidance is much appreciated.
Adultery is but one of many factors considered in a child custody case, who gets custody really depends on the best interests of the children. Fathers are often times awarded custody, it really just depends on the specific facts of each case.
