I have contacted CSE to collect child support. They contacted my soon to be ex husband and he would not cooperate with them. We now have a court date and I was wondering what happens at one of these hearings?
The judge will set child support using the inforation provided by both parties. If your ex has not provided documentation of his income, the judge will order that he do so and set a new hearing date.
