Is there anything in the child support guidelines that specifies a required method of payment?
I do not have an attorney. My ex husband has had it worked into the Child Support Order that I need to pay him child support via electronic transfer/automatic draft and I am not comfortable with that. I’m trying to determine if there is anything that states that legally I have to pay him via electronic transfer/automatic draft so that I can respond to the paralegal and let him know that I do not agree to that part of the order.
