Child support is supposed to be used for expenses to support the child. This usually means food, a part of housing expense, utilities, clothing, school expenses, medical expenses. Many separation agreements address things like medical expenses and schools, if private, separately.
also factor in the custody… if your child is with you, the other parent is not liable to cover daily expenses.
