Yes, that is a violation of the order. You can complain to the court, but I wish you luck on getting the legal system to enforce the rules.
Both my ex-wife and my new wife’s ex-husband violate custody orders with impunity. The most drastic action any judge has taken was to issue a verbal warning.
People who ignore the rules and do what they please are seldom (if ever) held accountable for their actions.
Greetings. Yes, this is a violation of the order. You can file a motion and order to show cause. I would recommend though that you try to figure out what the situation is that you are concerned with. Are you upset that the child was alone in a hotel room or that the girlfriend was there? Good luck.

My custody order states no overnight guests of the opposite sex while the child is present. This weekend my ex took his girlfriend, my son, and her son to a college football game. He rented two hotel rooms–one for himself and the girlfriend and a separate room for the kids. Is this not the same as violating the order??? Is there anything I can do? Thanks!
