My daughter got married at 17 to a military person. The marriage was never consumated due to the fact (later found out) he is gay. We do not want to hurt his career, but she wants out of the marriage & would like to know if NC will honor an anullment, especially since she was under 18 years old.

In NC you must have been under 16 at the time of the marriage to obtain an annulment. She will have to proceed with an absolute divorce to end the marriage.
