I am an Indian.I came to US in March 2005.Staying durham county since March 2006.Wife never came to US,presently residing in India. Due to differnces I want to take divorce. But she is not willing to give divorce.There is no seperation Agrement between us.
Till now I did not take NC drivers licence(Have California Licence) because I am single here.But have pay slips and electricity bils and car registerd at NC
My Question: Is it possible to take Divorce. What is the procedure I have to follow. How much time it will take.
