I have the documents and their instructions and they are clear. the problem i have is that there is only instruction on how to fill out the forms but not really on the whole process. I can’t do all of the forms at the same time for example because one form requires the certified mail card i receive once other forms are delivered by certified mail so which forms do i do first, then send out, then next, and file when…etc… it seems the instrucions simply say which form is next, but doesn’t tell you what to actually do with the forms in the mean time. do i fill out one form and do something with it? or do i fill out 2 or 3 and do something with them as a group, and once thats done, do the next couple of forms on the list. if this question is unclear, think of it in this manner… if a kid wants a great carreer (person wants a divorce) then the kid must make good grades in high school, attend a college and get a degree, start out at ground level and work his way up within a company to achieve a top position with the company. BUT, the kid can’t do that in one night. he’s got to do well in school first, then get through college, etc…
i can’t fill out all of these forms at one sitting and then take a stack of forms to the clerks office can i?
