I will soon be approaching my 1 year of Separation (in Jan) and need to know what I need to do to enforce my prenup agreement since my ex likely won’t agree to or sign a separation agreement. I’ve been told best to resolve this in family court instead of civil court. Is there something I need to do or file before I formally file for divorce for the terms of this prenup to be upheld?
