During ED mediation, it was agreed that I would sign a quit claim for the marital home. It was also agreed that the home would be put on the market for sale. For whatever reason, my ex has taken the home off the market. Is she in contempt. The mortgage is in my name only, if she starts to fall short on payments, do I have any rights or is there anything I can do?
If the order requires the home to remain listed until sale, she very well may be in contempt for removing the listing. As for the mortgage, if the order requires her to pay the mortgage and she does not do so, willfully in violation of the Order, she can also be found in contempt.
