I am divorced. My Sep Agreement states that alimony continues for 1 more year. However, my ex has moved in with another man. While they are not married, does moving in with someone allow me to reduce or eliminate alimony? (Note: ex is in Pa, I’m in NC)
If all you have is a separation agreement, and the agreement is silent on the cohabitation issue, then you likely have to abide by the agreement.
