Financial responsibility for Fees

You could file a law suit for breach of contract seeking your costs. It’s not worth the cost of pursing the reimbursement. Sorry.

The response posted above is based upon the limited factual information made available and is not intended as a full and complete response to the question. The only reliable manner to obtain complete and adequate legal advice is to consult with an attorney, fully explain your situation, and allow the attorney sufficient opportunity to research the applicable law and facts required to render an accurate opinion. The basic information provided above is intended as a public service but a full discussion with an attorney should be undertaken before taking any action.

I will try this again. This is exactly how it is written im my separation agreement.

Miscellaneous
That the wife agrees to be financially responsible for payment of attorney fees, filing fees, and services fees associated with obtaining a divorce.

My question is. Do I have to wait for her to file for divorce?
If not, can I file with an attorney of my choice and she still be responsible for the fees?
