I have viewed a few boiler plate Free Trader Agreements for NC online. These seem pretty straight forward. Is it safe to say that I can just print one of these and fill in the appropriate dates. If we both sign this document will it prevent something that I buy such as another home prior or after separation but before the divorce from becoming marital property?
