Would I be able to show copies of the calls/texts showing the same number my spouse calls and texts everyday many times a day? Its an old girlfriend. He was drunk texting tonight and I was able to see some of what they were texting to each other…kiss emoticons and words of love.
Yes, if you have access to the bills and call/text logs, you could use this evidence against him to help show marital misconduct.
