Getting VA Loan Eligibility Back

The judge that oversaw my divorce proceedings made the decision to not make make my ex-wife refinance our house that she was awarded in the divorce. The house is using my VA loan eligibility. Can I go back to court and petition or sue to get my VA loan eligibility back that I served my country to get all prior to us even getting married?

You cannot return to court if the order is a final equitable distribution order and the time for appeal has passed (30 days) and the time for a motion for a new trial has passed (10 days).
