I’m curious as to if our home would be marital property. My husband purchased 1 year before me moving in. We have paid off home since being married I was never on deed does this count has joint property?
The house likely has a marital property classification if your income was used to help pay down and pay off the mortgage. This would also be true if your income was used to pay for improvements to the house.
