if the interrogatory asked to identify home improments to marital home, should I list all restorative repairs done to the marital home because of water leakages and covered by home insurance.?

How to deal with 100% paid off Timeshare that is in the active process of canceling in interrogatory?
(1) I would need more information to be able to answer this. Generally you should answer only what is asked in the specific interrogatory. If a word in an interrogatory is not defined, then you should assume the dictionary meaning of the word.
(2) I would need to know specifically what the interrogatory is asking.

This is in regard to timeshare, whether our timeshare is considered a real property? It us based on points/week . It is in the active process of canceling. Do we even consider timeshare as an asset? The request below makes me wonder if I should mention our timeshare. Thank you so much, Anna.

This request includes documents evidencing the cost and fair market value for the real estate, as well as all liens against the real property.
A timeshare typically has a deed but is not generally included as real estate. You could still produce the timeshare documents that you have to ensure you are not trying to hide the ball.
