How fast can post-sep. NC divoce be had?

Assuming:

  1. There is a rock solid, valid, sep agreement

  2. Nothing is contested at all, no kids, no property, no anything

  3. Have fulfilled the NC separation requirements

How quickly can all the paperwork, hearings, etc. be pushed through. What is the fastest it could be done in Wake county? Can you provide a range? i.e 3 weeks - 3 months?
