If I buy a car now, is it marital property?

Dear rummy:

Greetings. No, if you buy a car now it will be your separate propety, unless you buy it with some marital funds. Thank you.

My husband filed civil summons for divorce from bed and board. And I filed my divorce response and counterclaim with the court. Now my husband and I are living separately.

My question: if I buy a car now, will it be considered marital property?
Pls advise. I’m without any means of transportation.
