Introducing evidence

As court is about 90 miles or more from the residence of all my witnesses I would wish to have, are affidavits, depositions, etc sufficient?

While affidavits and depositions are helpful, your witnesses should be in court to testify. The NC Rules of Civil Procedure state that a deposition may be used in place of a witness testifying in open court if the Court finds that the witness is more than 100 miles from the courthouse where the trial will be held.
