Joint Custody

I have joint custody of my children with my ex. My oldest (16) lives with her full time right now, and she is allowing my oldest to do many things that I disagree with. What are my rights as a parent with joint custody, and how are they enforcable? (Pender Co)

You have the right to joint decision making power regarding major issues in the child’s life. If your ex is unilaterally making major decisions you disagree with you may file a motion for Contempt.
