Judge denied jury trial for alimony

The judge in my case is making very unusual rulings that have grossly enriched my ex. One such ruling was to deny me a jury trial for alimony (my ex was a cheater). I’m think that this falls outside the boundaries of the judge’s powers to deny me this for no cause other than to benefit my ex. Do judges have the right to deny me a jury trial and/or to do so without just cause? What are my remedies in this case? Thanks.

There is no right to a jury trial for alimony. You may request a jury trial on the issue of martial fault only.
