I’m not sure about forcing the sale of your home in court by winning a suite of Alienation of Affection, but the sale may be forced in order to pay her the amount that she wins in the settlement or suit.
It may be able to be set up in installments. In other words, I don’t think that she can ask that you be forced to sell your home, only that you must pay $X amount. This may only be possible by the sale of a home…
As long as the home is owned by you and your Husband as a “tenancy by the entirety” then you cannot be forced to use it to satisfy a judgment.

My husband and I jointly own our home. If my former lover’s wife sues me for alienation of affection and gets a judgment against me, can she force the sale of our home while my husband is still alive?
If “yes”, would she then have to pay off any second mortgages or home equity loans, or would my husband and I have to pay those?
