Legal custody

Trippp:
It appears your wife would like to offer you 50/50 visition rights and maintain sole custody of the children. It is possible you are interested in “joint custody”. Theoreticaly, joint custody allows both parents to make the medical, social and school decisions regarding your children.

My wife is having separation papers drafted. We have two kids (3yrs and 4yrs). She plans on granting 50/50 physical custody, but had mentioned that she wants full legal custody. Is there a 50/50 legal custody? I may have not been a very good husband, but I am a good dad.
