I wouldn’t do this if I were you. While it doesn’t affect your status as far as getting a divorce goes, you will open the other woman to the possibility of getting sued for Criminal Conversation and possibly even Alienation of Affection if you had been communicating with the other woman before you separated. (You can read up on these lawsuits elsewhere on this site.) So, until the divorce paperwork is finalized, it’s really a bad idea.
Living with someone before the divorce will not affect the divorce itself. Adultery is a crime in this state and living with someone can be considered evidence of adultery.
Before the divorce you will want to deal with your property and support issues. If this woman is one you have met in the past, allowing her to move in could open the door for allegations to be made that you have had an affair. If you owe alimony, this may complicate the situation.

I would like to know if it is ok to live with another woman before I get a divorce from my wife? The other woman is from another country. I have been talking to her online. She wants to live with me and will be coming to the US soon. Will this affect the way the court looks at the divorce? We do not have a separation agreement, but have been living apart since March of 2008.
