Hello.
26 yo soninlaw in uscg convinced 4 year marriage is over. 22 yo daughter seeing physcian for depression over their relationship. she began counseling; he attended a few and then they stopped. he wants out. she is agreeable after discovering his exgirlfriend calls his cell phone. they moved from in to nc in 2004. his billet is up in June, 2008. She JUST began college - he wants her out in December. He wants to visit “family” again in March although his parents will be in Florida, but he says it is to care for a dog. Daughter feels it is to hook up with ex. I want her back home in Indiana. She doesnt want to leave school. She has NO family. NO FRIENDS there in outer banks. SHE IS ALONE. He has the coast guard!!! I am losing sleep over this worrying for her. Should she make an appt with a lawyer? Should they go back to counseling? (he says no, she is ok with it). There is no real property. I just want her home, safe. Help please.
