Sounds like you are parinoid, instead of trying to guess what hes doing why don’t you just ask him about the account but as far as getting half of his money theres no such thing as his or yours its both of yours when you are married
All of the assets you accumulate during the marriage are marital assets, regardless of whose name they are kept in. If you do separate and you believe your spouse is hiding assets, you can file a lawsuit and go through a process known as discovery to get information regarding assets in his name. For now, keep track of as much information as you can, bank names, account numbers, etc… that information will be helpful if you do separate.
