P.I. info in court

Any pictures or testimony of the PI can be used in court. You’ll have a chance to cross examine any witness or give your side of the story about any pictures.

If the PI is there to testify all of the evidence about what they saw will be admissible, but the court will only hear it the evidence if it is relevant to the issue at hand.

What can be used in court from a P.I.? If my spouse has pictures of me from a P.I. where I am inside someone else’s home or in my new residence since seperation then can that be used in court? Isn’t that invasion of privacy? What if certain pictures are of me with someone else in a public place… just kissing, casual touching, or just enjoying company? Any info about a P.I. would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much for the info!
