Questions I should ask my attrny re: Custody?

Dear The Mommy:

Greetings. I have no idea what to tell you, since there is not a way for us to answer these every day. I would generally ask what you need to do and follow the advice to the letter. Thank you.

The response posted above is based upon the limited factual information made available and is not intended as a full and complete response to the question. The only reliable manner to obtain complete and adequate legal advice is to consult with an attorney, fully explain your situation, and allow the attorney sufficient opportunity to research the applicable law and facts required to render an accurate opinion. The basic information provided above is intended as a public service but a full discussion with an attorney should be undertaken before taking any action.

You can read my last post, below, re: my ugly situation.
Long story short:
I’m meeting attrny for first time today, about filing for sole custody.
I have to show the dad has shown no interested in our 33 month old, and that he is not safe/suitable for her to be around alone for every other weekend.
What questions do I need to lay out for my attorney, for our meeting this afteroon?
I get so emotional, I have a hard time staying on track, and time is money with her.
Thanks[V]
