Resubmit exibit

If our case ran over, can I update or resubmit an exhibit when we reconvene?

If your trial starts back where it left off on a different day and any of your evidence has updated or changed since the last time the judge was hearing the trial, you will need to enter a new exhibit.

A previously entered exhibit cannot be modified or changed, but there is no limit to the number of exhibits you can enter into evidence.

I had to submit an exhibit list Initially.I can just add to the end of it?

Yes, or you can submit a new exhibit list for the exhibits you plan to use on that specific day of trial.
