I do not want the house and pretty sure my husband does not either so we will have to sell. I know he is going to make it difficult to sell. What can I do if he says he does not want the house but refuses to sign the real estate listing contract or accept/counter any offers received? What rights does he have in choosing the real estate agent?
If the two of you cannot agree on sale, terms of the sale, and a real estate agent you will have to file for Equitable Distribution of Property and allow the court to decide these issues for you.
