I am getting ready to sign off on divorce papers with STBX. Feb 27, will be one year +1 day.
Is there a requirement that you must include separation agreement into Divorce Decree. What are the issues if the Separation agreement is not included.
Agreement was drawn up and signed one year ago.

If you have a lawyer, they should do it for you if its required. From what i have read, yes, i think you have to present the SA to the judge.
It usually best to keep the separation agreement private.
