Greetings. Yes, you have a recourse. You can file an action for equitable distribution and ask the court to supply you with all of your property back - or the reasonable value for the items.
Of course, if you want to do this in a less costly manner, you can hire an attorney to negotiate your value of the property for you, which is my suggestion. Best of luck.
