SSI/Child Support

My husband receives third party disability (LTD benefit from former work), SS disability and then an SSI amount for our child. First, how is the SSI affected if the child does not live with him all of the time? And does the SSI or any other amount removed for child support calculation? Thank you!

The SSI for the child does not impact the child support calculation pursuant to the North Carolina guidelines. However, if he is receiving that benefit you can use that as a reason to seek a deviation from the child support guidelines.
