The house

Any chance of me getting a response to this?

Sorry for the delay, I must have missed this question.

Any of the options you posted could work and are all thing the court has done in the past. Are you asking me which option is better?

We have been married for only 3.5 years. We have had the house for 2.5 years. I got the house thru a VA loan. At this time she is in the house and I am living just where ever I can. We dont really have alot of assets. I really dont care about anything but the house and my credit. Yes I got the house thru the VA because Im a vet and her name is on there because she is my wife.

I dont want to sell the house and she cant afford to keep it. So can I just get the house and pay her half of the equity weve accumulated in it?

Also if she wanted the house doesnt she have to get a loan to take it over? If she did that I would be OK with it, but I really doubt she can get one.
