Spouse A filed a complaint against Spouse B.

Spouse B filed a answer and counterclaims to the complaint made
By Spouse A. And a Motion to dismiss on one of the Subjects of the
Complaint.

Isn’t Spouse A suppose to respond with answer to Spouse B’s answer &
Counterclaims? And a respond to the Motion to Dismiss?

There should be a reply to the counterclaims. They can reply to the motion if they wish.

What can Spouse B do legally if there has been no answer to the counterclaims? And yes it has been more than 30 days.

Does a default judgement play here?
