What is counted as income for child support purposes

When calculating child support do the following count as income?
Mileage the Veterans Administration reimburses me for travel.
A company supplied cell phone.
Meals that my company reimburses me for when I travel with work.
Thank you

The NC Child Support Guidelines state that expense reimbursements, such as reimbursement for mileage for travel or meals while traveling for business, or company-paid cell phone, are considered income for child support purposes only “if they are significant and reduce personal living expenses.”
