Ok where do I find an Affidavit of Service of processing form to use for mailing, certified, divorce papers to my husband? The form in the “divorce kit” I got online talks about “a copy of the foreign child custody order and Notice of Registration of Foreign Child Custody Order filed by plaintiff…”

Second, apparently when the papers came his roommate printed his name on the form before he could get to the door. He did sign it, but I figure having two names on it is a no - go. Doesn’t help that his signature looks like it would work for the roommate’s printed name as well.

If he signed for the document, the signed receipt is valid.
