Affordable lawyers

Are there ANY attorneys in wake county that will consider working on contingency or low monthly payments? I have been separated for 3 years, my ex has harassed, stalked and prevented me from seeing my children. He removed all or our joint funds to a separate account and I have been financially broken since, I can not afford a $3,500 fee plus monthly funds to keep up.

Family law attorneys cannot accept clients on a contingency basis as it is unethical.

It is standard to require a fee up front which the lawyer bills hourly from that, with the client replenishing that amount every time it gets low.

We do things a bit differently at Rosen as we are transparent with the total cost upfront. We charge flat fees so that our clients know exactly how much the entire separation and divorce will cost them at the very beginning of their representation without having to worry about the attorney billing them by the hour for each email, each bit of work done, etc. and without having to worry about replenishing the fee each month or every few weeks.
