My ex has not only done things to interfere with our (my daughter and my) relationship, left her alone, neglected her care, etc. (we have joint custody for now), but he has also not paid on 2 loans (house and car) that we have, should be had, but he never refinanced to get my name off, and now the mortgage company is threatening to foreclose on his house. I am already in the beginning stages of a motion to modify custody suit, but I am fearful of him running and taking my daughter. He has left the state with her before and not told me. He also has nothing else here in NC, so why stay?
I do not have a lot of solid proof, but I pray every day that he has her that I get her back ok. Will this lack of responsibility affect the judge’s views also? What can I do for now???
