Alienation of Affection Relevance

Is evidence for alienation of affection relevant in custody, support, or ED when the statute of limitations has been exceeded? Thank you.

No, alienation is a separate action involving a 3rd party.

If the third party recommended a spouse leave the marriage and that spouse subsequently left without agreement, then could evidence that the third party made the recommendation be used as evidence for abandonment?

It could be, but I don’t see how it would necessarily help.

I was just wondering. It is a piece of a bigger picture. Thank you.

You are welcome. I wish you the best.
