The response posted above is based upon the limited factual information made available and is not intended as a full and complete response to the question. The only reliable manner to obtain complete and adequate legal advice is to consult with an attorney, fully explain your situation, and allow the attorney sufficient opportunity to research the applicable law and facts required to render an accurate opinion. The basic information provided above is intended as a public service but a full discussion with an attorney should be undertaken before taking any action.

Alienation of Affection
I read recently of this law in NC.

Immediately after attending several programs with “The Legacy Center” in Raleigh, my wife turned me out of her house saying “she wanted to be single”. My research on this organization has revealed that it got it’s start and is paterened after “Life Spring” an organization notorious for destroying marriages through it’s teachings. My research also confirmed for me that my wife’s reaction to the training was similar to victims in recorded cases filed and won against Life Spring.

My question is… Do I have any case against these people for turning my wife against me and is any attorney bold enough to take this on.

Thank you for your help.
