I have a question I had a absolute divorce in NC March 2017. This is now complete we had no paperwork submitted for alimony or ED we decided this on our own. There were emails and text back and forth about money and amounts but nothing in writing or notorized and submitted with the paperwork for absolute divorce. So can my ex now come after me for any alimony now that we are divorced? Or any money of sort since we hav nothing submitted before divorce was final? Thanks
