I’ve heard that Alimony can ONLY be garnished from my paycheck as long as I’ve paying Child Support (which is also garnished). Is this true?
If it’s not garnished any more, will I just submit payment directly to her?
That is not true. The court can order that alimony can be paid through wage garnishment even if there is no child support obligation.
